LUXURY HOUSE in the CENTER of MOSCOW
GOAL
I was tasked to define a unique proposition, research the industry, and provide a design for a website and branding that would hold an exclusive spirit of this property.

DELIVERABLES
I was assigned to conceptualize and design a logo, website, promotional assets, stationary, logo and title animation, mockups, posters, and social media posts.

SOLUTIONS
I conducted a competitive and visual analysis, organized the structure, and designed low- and high-fidelity prototypes, which were tested on users.
I created a logically structured and functional website for the brand and achieved a solution for the main problem to generate leads and increase the number of potential customers who signed up to view the house.
The website was fully ready for transfer to the developers and included adaptive for mobile and tablet versions.

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

TYPEFACE & COLOR
I built the website around working with typography, namely how text is laid out in a grid and content blocks are logically connected. A serif font reflects a minimal, clear direct brand message.

DESIGN CHALLENGE
Chelsea Club House was looking for an identity with a balance between classic and modern. With this in mind, a minimalistic style combined with a classical Sans serif font was used as the main element and means of communicating the brand.
